Vocabulary : Describing Qualities of People

It was after a long time I met a friend. He was talking about his journeys and his new boss.

While talking about his boss he exclaimed  " My boss is very Talkative person ! He can Talk to any one about anything."
I realized what he was trying to say but I also realized that he is using the wrong words. Among friends it is OK to make such errors but it becomes embarrassing when it happens in work environment.
One might lose face or even end up touching pain points by using the wrong word in the wrong context, and that is exactly where vocabulary comes into picture.

Vocabulary is essential to express ideas in the right way to the right extent and to create a right impact. Yet many a times, we are not able to use the  right word but in a right context.
Some words have positive connotation whereas some words may have similar meaning but a negative connotation.
